About Pie Club.

Your Pie Club account allows you to get chilled fresh glorious Fat Bastard Pies sent to your door across NZ. While most Pie Club members have their box set up on subscription, you can also place a one-off orders.
Pie Club members can cancel their subscription anytime, and are only locked into upcoming delivery after the listed cut-off date for changes.

Yes! We now offer the ability to place one-off orders from your Pie Club account.
However, our capacity for one-off orders is limited which means the checkout maybe be disabled if reached. If you’re ordering regularly reserving your space via a subscription is a better option, and its cheaper!

You will need to Create a Pie Club account before you can add a box subscription, or place a one-off order.
Once you’re in, you can click ‘ORDER NOW’ (orange button on the top left).

Yes! You can have as many box subscriptions or one-off orders as you like all set up from within one Pie Club account.
Each box subscription or one-off order can have a different delivery address and credit card for payment. This is ideal for gifting pies sent to family and friends.
We suggest naming your boxes something unique so you can keep track.

Yes sorry! Our packaging is custom-made to fit 8 Fat Bastard Pies. This means each box of 8 is sent separately, and therefore the cost for us to package up + overnight courier is the same.

Absolutely! If 8 pies will cover it just add a Pie Club box subscription, or one-off order as normal and you’re all set.
If you need more than 8 you’ll need to add multiple boxes of 8 and then contact us. We can then move all of your boxes to arrive on the same date. Deliveries arrive Tuesday to Friday, so just let us know which day of the week works best.

We are not set up to offer our Pies wholesale. Fat Bastard Pies purchased via Pie Club are not to be resold for individual sale under any circumstance.
This is a violation of our Pie Club T&C’s and you would be breaching The Food Act 2014.
If you hear about our pies being resold somewhere (other than our Invercargill bakery) please let us know!

The recipient Fat Bastard can redeem their voucher by joining Pie Club and setting up a box subscription or one-off order. During the add a box process there is a section to enter the unique code. This adds the box delivery credit to your account. You can also monitor credit and add more under the ‘Account’ section.
Voucher credit that is not loaded onto a Pie Club account after 12 months will expire.
Vouches credit is non-refundable and only redeemable online via Pie Club.

Up until the cutoff date you can edit, skip or cancel your upcoming delivery.
Once the cutoff date has passed your upcoming delivery is locked in and your credit card will be charged.
You can still cancel the entire subscription after the cutoff date, but your upcoming delivery would remain on track.

The cutoff date for an upcoming delivery is listed on your Pie Club dashboard. You can login and view it anytime.
The cutoff date for an upcoming delivery will also be listed in your emails.

Your credit card will be charged on the cutoff date for changes on your upcoming delivery.

You can login and update your flavours online anytime before the cutoff date for your upcoming delivery.

You can login and update your delivery frequency online anytime before the cutoff date for your upcoming delivery.

You can login and update your delivery address anytime before the cutoff date for your upcoming delivery.

Login to your Pie Club account, scroll to the bottom and click ‘Edit Subscription’.
Inside this section, you will be able to update your payment details.

You can login and skip your next delivery anytime before the cutoff date.

Login to your Pie Club account and then go to Account Settings on the navigation menu (top of page).

Your account email address cannot be changed. If you want to use another email address you will need to create a new Pie Club account.

Login to your Pie Club account and then go to Past Transactions on the navigation menu (top of page).

Login to your Pie Club account, scroll to the bottom and click ‘Edit Subscription’.
Inside this section, you will find the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
Overnight Delivery.

The pies are sent overnight chilled fresh with an ice pack and insulated in WOOLPACK eco lining. The ‘freshest’ pie in all the land, from our oven to yours!

We can deliver to any Residential or Business address across New Zealand!
Use the address checker tool here to ensure there is a green tick next to either ‘Residential Delivery Zone’ or ‘Business Delivery Zone’.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reliably send fresh product overnight with confidence to some addresses in NZ.
If there is a green tick next to ‘Non-Urban/Rural Delivery Zone’ then this address is not supported by the Freightways network.
If you are ‘Non-Urban / Rural’ we highly recommend getting your pies sent to a friend or family member with a metro address - although they might have a pie tax!

In the unlikely event, your box misses its ride and doesn’t get to you on the first day, it will be chilled overnight.
Each box is sent with enough frozen gel packs to keep the pies cold for two-day delivery providing it is chilled overnight.
If the box can’t be refrigerated or gets lost in the system we will be in contact to organise and dispatch a replacement box.

Yes! If you have a preferred day of the week you want your pies to arrive on, please contact us and we should be able to accommodate this.

Your pies will be left at the address regardless of if anyone is home. Please add to the delivery notes where you would like the delivery left.
Alternatively, you can use your work address so your pies aren't left out during the day!

We are partnered with New Zealand Couriers for all North Island deliveries, and Post Haste for all South Island deliveries.

Our courier partner will email you a tracking code and updates once your pies are on the road, as well as a follow-up message once delivered! If you have a question about our delivery, feel free to reach out via the contact form at the bottom of this page.

We are committed to reducing our packaging footprint.
We use recyclable cardboard, sustainable WOOLPACK liners, and ice packs to keep your pies chilled, rather than nasty poly bins.
